My practice is interested in what happens when an interface stops being a neutral tool and becomes a partner, an environment or a social situation. That has taken me through VR, tangible drawing systems, performance, games, robotics, event formats and research on the emergence of language.
I also organise workshops, gatherings, food-centred events and collaborations. Across those activities, the common material is participation: creating enough structure for something to happen, while leaving enough room for other people to transform it.
I am currently based in Nijmegen, in the Netherlands.
