About the project

Flippaper is a mix between a drafting table and a pinball machine. Visitors draw shapes with felt pens, press scan, and the marks become active behaviours: walls, bumpers, acceleration zones and other rules appear directly on the paper surface.

The important part is that the analogue drawing remains editable while the game is running. Tape, correction fluid, coloured dots and accidental marks all stay inside the interaction loop. The piece treats paper as a live programming surface and keeps drawing, logic, play and physical mess in the same place.
