Rabota explores communication through imitation and movement. A travelling light establishes a path and a rhythm; the visitor begins by following it, and the system progressively gives more influence back.
What starts as obedience can become a loose negotiation between human and machine. The work is interested in the point where following becomes communication and where a repetitive task starts to feel social.
